Top 5 Corvette Commercials
Here are a few of our favorite Corvette Commercials from the C4-C6 Generations.
The C5 Corvette is Revealed
This has the feel of Doc Brown's reveal of the Time Machine in Back to the Future - and it works. A teaser preview of the new C5 Corvette released in 1997, the commercial is cinematic and awe inspiring.
The Next Vette
Looking like a Hollywood action flick, this commercial has a government agency tracking a new C5 Corvette using high tech surveillance. The situation is tense - until a leading officer in the end exclaims, "Get Me One".
The 1985 Corvette Beats Them All
Competing against other top high performance sports cars of the time, the 1985 Corvette is shown to be the best at a handful of tests.
C6 Corvette - Banned Ad
Allegedly banned for encouraging kids to drive, this commercial takes a playful look at the C6 Corvette (both Coupe and Convertible) performing unrealistic driving feats with kids at the wheel. It screams out that the Corvette is the car that allows your imagination to run wild.
Weird 1984 C4 Corvette Reveal Commercial
Featuring classic 80s corniness, this commercial reveals the all new C4 Corvette released in 1984. The Corvette line was almost dead after the lackluster 1982 model failed to inspire, so breaking out big in 1984 was critical.
Honorable Mention - Amateur C6 Z06 Corvette Commercial
We love to see people doing there own work away from the corporate marketplace, so here is an honorable mention for an amateur home made Corvette ad. While it runs a bit long, there are some great shots in it and an interesting premise.

Car Commericals From the Year 2000
A few car commercials from the historic turn of the century year, 2000. A few of our favorite sports cars and trucks make the list.
2000 All New Eclipse - Looks DO Matter
The commercial is a teaser of the new design in the 2000 Eclipse while playing on the idea that rats and squirrels are similar - but it's their looks that make them different to us.
2000 Ford F-150 - Ford Tough
Typical truck commercial advertising your local dealership and focusing on the "tough guy" mentality of a truck owner. Nothing particularly special in this one - but still nice to take a look back a models from yesteryear.
2000 BMW M5 - Super High Speed Commercial
This one is great! We see a high speed land vehicle racing across a desert in an apparent attempt to break the land speed record. There is beautiful cinematography chasing the vehicle. When it comes to a stop - it is revealed that a 2000 BMW M5 is mounted with a camera to provide the camera footage.
Toyota Celica (AU Verson) - Racing Against Jets
In 2000 Toyota relaunched the Celica with a modern design that was badly needed. It immediately became a popular car with teenagers and those looking for an alternative to the Eclipse and Miata. In this Australian commercial, the common theme of a sports car racing through the desert is amplified with military jets giving chase overhead.
2000 Dodge Ram - Counting Sheep
While it's nice to look back at the always angry looking Dodge Ram of yesteryear, this commercial is sadly uninspiring. The premise is that those attempting to compete with the Dodge Ram cannot sleep because of it's superior nature. Jumping sheep in a moonlit sky help drive home the idea.
2000 Audi Quatrro - Rain
This elegant Audi Quattro All-Wheel Drive commercial is passive in it's message, but still gets the point across. Various elements of a beautiful rainstorm are shown with the final "all wheel drive" tagline clarifying the point of the commercial.
